Providing a filename in the packages .spec file is job of the package
maintainer in the first place.


@Gabi: Nevertheless we could use an alternate source of information if we are
looking for file-provides: the filelist.

I know, for uninstalled packages the filelist is not complete (just an abstract
basically covering the etc, bin and lib directories), but this would probably
fit the most common usecases.

For testing coreutils package is probably a goo example, as it contains al lot
explicit file provies, but some binaries are just listed in the filelist (e.g.
/bin/arch)
