Bus 004 Device 014: ID 2341:0036 Arduino SA

This is not a modem. Can we tell ModemManager to leave the device alone?

The programmer that is supposed to work with the related /dev/ttyACM0 is
it fails like this:

avrdude -c avr109 -u -p atmega32u4 -P /dev/ttyACM0 -U flash:w:blink.hex
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "/dev/ttyACM0": Device or resource busy

Tested workaround:
$ sudo mv /usr/sbin/modem-manager{,.off}
