The nvidia-settings software which is installed in the same times with the nvidia driver need libpangox library. You have to install it by hand. KDE Platform Version 4.9.90 Linux linux-to5l.site 3.6.3-1-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Oct 21 23:11:42 UTC 2012 (e8b3bd9) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Nvidia driver version : 310.19

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: 1.install nvidia driver following opensuse recomandation (https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:NVIDIA_the_hard_way) 2.start nvidia-settings from console to see the error message

Actual Results: nvidia-settings does not start
