.. only allocates address space. It's not faulted in until you write to it.
If Konquerer is allocating memory and keeps allocating it, and is using it, of
course your system starts to swap and will eventually hit ENOMEM. The OOM
killer isn't perfect and shouldn't be depended on.
This is a bug in Konquerer, not the kernel.
