When closed with the top right button (x) and answered yes to question, then the application refuses to start (from the kde menu) during some minutes. After that it can be used again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open konsole, create three or more tabs 2.Click top right button (x) 3.Answer yes to close application 4.Start konsole from kde menu Actual Results: Icon keeps bouncing on screen, but the konsole never appear. Several minutes later it works.
