I just bought a replacement for my apple wireless keyboard. It seems Apple
changed the device id causing the fn key to not be recognized by the kernel.

This bug is similar to the old bug 568231.

The new device id can be found in the following way:
dmesg | grep -i apple
[ 77.246631] input: Apple Wireless Keyboard as
[ 77.246739] generic-bluetooth 0005:05AC:0255.0003: input,hidraw2: BLUETOOTH
HID v0.50 Keyboard [Apple Wireless Keyboard] on 00:1F:3A:F2:32:AE

There's also a similar bug affecting ubuntu users:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pair the bluetooth keyboard
2. try to use home, end, page-up, page-down,... all the keys that require fn key
to be pressed
Actual Results:
The fn key is not working
