[Bug 725990] Moving LXPanel to the upper edge of the screen results in an empty pull down menu when clicking on geeko

You can shrink the panel by 25 pixels and align it right. Then add new panel to the left, align up, shrink it to the vertical size of main panel and make it 25 pixels long. Then add menu to this new panel.
