i keep getting random Panics when i resume-from-hibernate (resume-from-suspend
doesnt seem to have any Panics).

the latest one is 'bug: scheduling while atomic: jbd2/sda7-8'.

aside from resume-from-hibernate issues, nothing else is to note - i do a bit
of web surfing, and media streaming.
i've been unable to pin point a cause, i do have Kernel Panics every 5-10
resumes, they seem random and not always the same.

i dual boot both opensuse 12.1 x64, and win7 SP1 x64, Grub is the default boot
loader. Windows experiences no issues at all.

hardware is an Acer 4820t with intel core-i graphics and using whatever comes
with openSUSE 12.1.

i've attached a photo of the issue (sorry it's a bit blurry!)

/dev/sda7 is formatted as ext4.

system details:

#uname -a
