--- Comment #1 from Robert Demski 2011-12-13 21:42:33 UTC ---
In my case after update from openSUSE 11.4 to 12.1 all go without problems to
First deep restart (without kexec at instalation time)
When after selecting start of new openSUSE 12.1 from grub menu i got:
Waiting to appear /dev/md126p6 .... or some like this
/dev/md126p6 is my root file system (as aprametr in grub kernel line)
I have setup RAID0 in bios on ICH10
I checked cat /proc/mdstat after boot in repair mode and md126 and md127 was in
inactive state.
Because I was newbie in branch mdadm with imsm container i probably degregated
it totally
It is surprising that after delete raid setup in bios and recreate it from
scratch, then install openSUSE clean 12.1 on /dev/md126* system don't boot.
Does not appear even grub menu or grub error...
I have installed clean system 3 times and result is as before...
If i start in rescue mode cat /proc/mdstat shows inactive....
