In actuality, that is wrong. 'acpi' shows the correct value (68% as of this writing). This worked before. It may be related to kernel 3.0.6 vs 3.0.4, a recent change to 4.7.2, or something else, but the change is relatively recent. I am using openSUSE 11.4 + Tumbleweed (incl. kernel) + KDF.
