Regression - with current Factory, my PS/2 keyboard is not being recognised on
start-up. Later on, if then I unplug/plug, it is seen and then works fine. I
have installed 11.4+updates on exactly the same hardware, here it works fine.
(perhaps irrelevant, but it also works fine with WinXP).

Reproducible: Always
