[Bug 677237] Progress bar does not change during installation of packages, but remains in 0 %, and there are a lot of packages that have problems to install (upgrading from RC1).

As I had some issues through the upgrading method (right now, I can not specifically remember which issues were), I made a clean install of 11.4, which logs I attach, however, because the no progression of the status, and everything else, persisted.
