When setting up a dummy network interface using yast it is not functional

There seem to be two issues:

Yast creates /etc/modprobe.d/50-yast.conf with the following option:
options dummy -o dummy-nil

BUT loading the module fails "FATAL"
[74685.227467] dummy: Unknown parameter `-o'

The second thing is that nothing in YaST and/or netconfig takes care of
actually loading the needed module because when I fixed/removed the option I
still couldn't start the interface using
rcnetwork start dummy0
until I loaded the dummy module myself manually.

Reproducible: Always

Hi Wolfgang, when you say: "until I loaded the dummy module myself manually."

Can you actually add more than one (1) dummy interface manually?

It's fine when I execute:
modprobe dummy
ifconfig dummy0

But subsequent execution of these commands doesn't add any other dummy
interface at all.

Any idea?
