I think those dependencies are usually needed during runtime, but not during
Makefile.PL time.
so it is okay that it prints out a "warning" when a particular module is not
found, knowing that it will be required at runtime, but not at buildtime.
grepping for the warning can give a useful hint if the package that provides it
is not part of any of the Requires: (or their expansion). writing that as a
post-build-check is however challenging.
Note that it is somewhat okay that you can silence the check by adding the
buildrequires (but not the requires) as in some cases this is also printed
about modules that are needed for the testsuite run only, but not for the
resulting package itself.
