the default install of 11.4 has ipv6 enabled by network services, this causes a
flood of entries in /var/log/messages by the dhclient similar to:

Aug 8 00:47:03 blkdragon dhclient: XMT: Solicit on eth0, interval 109980ms.
Aug 8 00:48:53 blkdragon dhclient: XMT: Solicit on eth0, interval 111500ms.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enable ipv6 in the Network Settings module of Yast2
2.reboot
3.non-critical entries appear in /var/log/messages every two min by dhclient.

Actual Results:
disable ipv6 and all entries stop, dhclient continues to operate using ipv4

Expected Results:
non-critical events should not be logged when using ipv6.
