The problem seems to be that when iscsid is started again, it tries to use
auth info from sysfs. But in case of no auth (AuthMethod=None), sysfs returns
"(null)" for the (eg.)password entry, which we should map to NULL (no
password).
The current code does this mapping for "<NULL>", but recent kernels return
"(null)" instead of "<NULL>", so the fix is to update that mapping.

Since the current code wasn't doing that mapping, iscsid, thinking that there
is a valid username/password present, used AuthMethod=CHAP.
