the problem is that poppler assumes that ToUnicode CMaps contains only 2-digit
values <##> but there can be 4-digit values <####> too. Upstream already fixed
this in poppler-0.13.2.
I've committed the patch to F-12 and F-13.

We seem to run 0.14.4 on 11.4, though...

"gs -r60 new.pdf" is ok.

I do not have 11.3 available ATM.

-dCompatibilityLevel=1.2 is fine.
