Searching the internet, I have found that the problem appears when using USB
sticks.
The content of the file /boot/grub/mbrid is different from the actual disk
identifier.
I tried editing the file but the partition is mounted read-only automatically
and I could not override that.
sys1:~ # cat /media/openSUSE\ Live\ CD\ KDE/boot/grub/mbrid
0x83055f52 # this appears in the error message at boot
sys1:~ # fdisk -l /dev/sdb
Disk /dev/sdb: 2000 MB, 2000683008 bytes

Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x66980e4c
