I _think_ that is intended that way. So yes, the warning is not supposed to show up w/o flipping the browser.showQuitWarning preference. .. unless you are in private browsing mode. In that case no restore and no warning is happening at all. Also when the last used tabs and windows are chosen in the startup page General preference tab no warning is ever happening. "... and tabs are never restored" That sounds strange. Restore is only happening when you choose it within the General preference tab. That works here w/o any problems.
