More information: The bootup process was stuck waiting for NFS mounts to
succeed. Once I changed Defaultvers to 3 in /etc/nfsmount.conf, then mount.nfs
reports "Network is unreachable" and the bootup proceeds normally and
NetworkManager is started OK.
I think this problem exists because one of my NFS servers is exporting its
volume using Version 3 of NFS; however, I wonder why mount.nfs should hang when
the network is unreachable.
