Re #9: Of course, we'd expect the machine to be stable, otherwise searching for
a Xen problem may be pointless effort. Nevertheless, would you try booting with
"cpuidle=0 nosmp" on the Xen command line? If that doesn't make a difference,
try replacing "nosmp" with "nolapic" and (separately) "acpi=off".
Re #10: Looks correct. Are you seeing *any* post-bootloader messages on the
screen, perhaps after adding "noreboot" to the Xen command line?
Re #11: That's pretty useless. When the system hangs, usually you can't expect
log messages to make to the disk anymore. You'd have to either attach a serial
console here too, or watch the kernel console.
Re #12: The only suspicious line here is "spurious 8259A interrupt: IRQ7."
