--- Comment #6 from Bruno Friedmann 2010-12-04 16:12:16 UTC ---
I add here the comment of Hugo ( one of the 3 authors ) about my question of
where to test, report bug etc ...
There is no place for reporting bugs because the code is not released yet (!).
We use git because there are 3 people working on the project, and thats the
easiest way for us 3 to collaborate.
The code have leaked, it is used by more and more people, but we are not ready
yet to face the enormous amount of bugs we will certainly have when it gets
widely used.
Notably, there are bugs in the code that we know of and still have not fixed,
so there is no room (yet) for other bugs.
Before the first release we will migrate to git.kde.org and add an entry to
kde's bugzilla.
So:
this is not to discourage you from using this pre-alpha code. On the contrary,
thanks !
But for now please keep your bugs on your side, and report to KDE's bugzilla
when it becomes available.
We expect a release by the end of this year (that is: within a month or so).
Cheers,
Hugo
So the question for openSUSE factory 11.4, can we include code in January or we
will really out of feature fixed and it will be too late, and we keep the
obsolete gtk-oxygen. ?
