the configuration script in /etc/init.d/xinetd can't work well, not matter what
you (e.g using the cmd: chkconfig --add xinetd OR just do like this:
/etc/init.d/xinetd start), it will let you down.....

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:

you need not do anything, after you login your freshly installed system, you
will get it, even after you update your system, it stay still as an stone egg
will do in boiling water. what's more, i think the system user and group(svn)
should be created automaticly after the subversion server was installed.
