Sorry for the poor bug report. I did more tests and what actually made the
qcatool2 works were not install these packages. It was the fact that I have
removed the libqca-gnupg.so library from QCA.
I attached the gdb backtrace of a test application that I've write. And the
problem is occurring when I have both gnupg and pkcs11 plugins being used by
QCA.
Now I think that this is a upstream bug.
