32-bit, x86_64 GTK applications (several) fail to launch after current
(2010.09.25) factory update:

.. symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/gio/modules/
undefined symbol: g_settings_backend_get_type
tmp.$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/gio/modules/

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start any offending application (unfortunately, can't get you a full list,
so far have only seen it with closed-source 32-bit GTK apps)
2. see it terminate with the above lookup error

Expected Results:
Lotus Notes/Sametime starting, for example

can find native Suse apps which fail the same way, if needed
