Happens also when using kdesvn. Error message: SSL negotiation failed: Connection reset by peer. After troubleshooting with sysadmin of server, we found that it is due to an incompatibility of OpenSuse 11.3 using the RPMs - subversion-1.6.9-3.2.x86_64 - libneon27-0.28.4-8.2.x86_64 - openssl-1.0.0-5.4.x86_64 with the servers load balancer. using the factory rpm: # rpm -Uvh http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/libneon27- 0.29.3-1.1.x86_64.rpm solves the problem Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
