The only available options are "maximise panel" and for alignment "left", "middle", "right". Before, there were sliders which could be used to set the position and size of the panels. I would not have noticed this, but after switching to a different resolution, my panels moved around (into the screen edge) and after returning to the original resolution stayed at this place.
