[Bug 598085] Can't set baud rate to 128000 on /dev/ttyUSB0 cp210x device

LOL... where are you and I'll send you a nonstandard device! ;-)

Very strange, not seeing anything about "setting baud rate..." in the output of
the program or the log. I set the rate to 9600 before running your program
and... nothing. Here's the output of the program and I'll attach a file with
the log entries.

ispeed = 00000015
ispeed = 9600
ospeed = 00000015

ispeed = 9600

ospeed = 9600

It's like it's ignoring the tio.c_ispeed = 128000; and tio.c_ospeed = 128000;
completely. Odd it doesn't yell about a problem if it can't set the speeds.
