Ok, found it. The way this could be done is by using the TIOCSSERIAL ioctl on
the
device node. But, not all drivers support this interface, and the cp210x
driver
currently does not support it.

I don't know if you could directly do this from Mono, do you?

It could be added, if we knew how to support this in the device. At first
glance,
it's not a trivial addition, sorry. Try asking the author of the driver
about this.

There's not much more we can do here, sorry.
