That appears to work for me, but I'm not using an apple keyboard, just a normal
pc105 keyboard.

# setxkbmap hu
# setxkbmap -v
Trying to build keymap using the following components:
keycodes: evdev+aliases(qwertz)
types: complete
compat: complete+ledcaps(shift_lock)
symbols: pc+hu+inet(evdev)+group(shifts_toggle)+capslock(shiftlock)
geometry: pc(pc104)

I checked http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Hungarian_keyboard_layout.svg
'0' and 'í' aren't swapped for me.

Maybe you're using the "def_101" variant? Since there it is indeed different
to type "0" and "í", but this seems to be done by intention.

/usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/hu:

[...]
// def_101:
// An alternative layout for 101 key keyboards
hidden partial alphanumeric_keys
xkb_symbols "def_101" {
key <TLDE> { [ iacute, Iacute, 0, section ] };
key <LSGT> { [ less, greater ] };
};
[...]
