http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=597625 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=597625#c0 Summary: bacula-bat rpm replaces bat.conf rather than saving it Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jpschewe@mtu.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.9) Gecko/20100317 SUSE/3.5.9-0.1.1 Firefox/3.5.9 I've noticed that bat stopped working after upgrading bacula the last few times. This time upgrading to 3.0.3-18.2 I paid real close attention and noticed that when bacula-bat was installed my bat.conf was moved to bat.conf.rpmsave and a new file put in its place rather than creating the new file as bat.conf.rpmnew. The RPM config just needs to be updated to be like bacula-server and save the conf files.
