Toshiba M55 Laptop w/ intel i915 graphics

"Most" of the time, when I put this laptop into suspend and then wake it up, it
will immediately suspend itself again. If I wake it up again, it will then stay
awake. Like I said, it doesn't always happen. I'm trying to figure out exact
conditions to reproduce it... so far it seems you should suspend it and wait
about 15 mins. The the bug will occur. If you suspend then immediately wake up
the bug does not seem to occur. So I thought maybe another sleep timer triggers
after so long, and then when it wakes up it wants to go to sleep again... ?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot laptop to gdm/login prompt
2. close lid, wait 15-30 minutes or longer
3. open lid.
Actual Results:
laptop wakes up, then immediately goes back to sleep.

Expected Results:
laptop should wakeup and stay awake.
