--- Comment #8 from Robin Knapp
The problem with vmmouse is almost certainly that it's being installed in the wrong place: it should be installed in .../modules/input instead of .../modules/drivers.
Can someone from Novell please address this?
Sorry, that was my fault. I moved the driver around a bit. Originally, it is correct: linux:~ # rpm -ql xorg-x11-driver-input xorg-x11-driver-video | grep "mod.*vm" /usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/vmmouse_drv.la /usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/vmmouse_drv.so /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/vmware_drv.la /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/vmware_drv.so Starting X shows: X: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/vmmouse_drv.so: undefined symbol: xf86LoaderReqSymLists -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
