I don't think it is worth worrying about which net interface might provide
which filesystem.
It think our position should be that if your network configuration is at
all dynamic, the you need to take a dynamic approach to NFS mounts
and use autofs.
If we can suppose some simple configuration of /etc/fstab mounts with
network-manager, then that is fine, but I don't think we should try
too hard as I think complete "success" in that direction is impossible.
