When Adding a TV-Card Hauppauge PVR 350 using yast and the "configure" button,
yast2 reportes an UI Syntax error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in a TV-Card PVR 350
2. open yast2 > Hardware -> TV-Card
3. Select the (unconfigured) card and push the button "configure"
4. Answer the questions
5. yast prompts for installing packages used to watch TV (motv?? e.g.)
6. Confirm with "yes"
7. See a orange Waring messages "multiple definitions for buttons "Cancel""
Actual Results:
Installation/Configuration of the card is interrupted / possibly incomplete.

Expected Results:
Configuration should end without an error
