Summary: System will not boot unless I hold a key down
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE 11.3
Version: Milestone 2
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: openSUSE 11.3
Status: NEW
Severity: Critical
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Kernel
AssignedTo: kernel-maintainers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: shawnr@xxxxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Found By: ---
Blocker: ---

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2.0)
Gecko/20100115 SUSE/3.6.0-1.4 Firefox/3.6

System hangs at udev module loading unless I hold any key down. Holding down a
keyboard key will let it resume booting. Had a similar bug with Ubuntu with
2.6.27 here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/272247?comments=all

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot OS
2.Boot process hangs
3.Hold down any key and boot process finishes
