Our standard configuration utilities yast and netconfig support common use
cases. The reported use case where the host itself needs to resolv addresses
via a different nameserver then the host itself offers to its client via bind
is a rare corner case and not supported by our standard configuration tools.
As of today we do not plan to integrate support for this kind of setup in our
standard utilities.

It is possible to configure a machine in the desired way, but one would need to
change the according configuration files manually.
