Jiri,

That server seems to be offline. I've tried a couple times over the weekend
with no luck.

Also, I happened to upgrade this laptop to the just released kde 4.4 this
morning.

Since then I've been able to connect to 2 different secure wireless networks
via knetworkmanager. Both immediately after a reboot so the rfkill switch was
set to 1 (I assume that the reason).

My guess right now is had two bugs, one related to rfkill in the kernel and one
related to kde as in the 11.2 release.

Looks like one of those is fixed at least.
