Appears this package is provided by glibc.

got following response on newsgroup from Knurpht:

Looks like a bug, so yes. Am i stupid or should it say

instead of

The latest seems so irrational.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot system
2. log in as user
3. start console and do dmesg command
4. Error towards end of log
Actual Results:
See details above. Should it be input or inpu.

Expected Results:
Not sure

Intel dx48bt2 motherboard, Intel E7200 Core 2 duo 2.53 Mhz, 4GB DDR3, 2 320 GB
SATA drives (sda is 11.2 install and sdb is 11.3), on board sound (Intel), and
GeForce 8400GS graphics. usb hard drives (1TB My Book and 230 GB Ide) and two
Lite-on DVD/cdrom drives.

System comes up but there is some problem with user accessing the usb hard
drives and dvds (root can access fine) This is seperate issue I think?

Please contact me for anything else you need (not sure how to classify this?)
