I don't think you understand the problem. I do NOT want GRUB to be installed
into the MBR or linux partition during installation. This is a bug. This was
not a problem in 11.1 and 11.2, now it is in 11.3. 11.3 puts grub into /boot
which is in / which is fine with me. The problem is that I do not want an
attempt made to activate it causing changes to the boot record. The button for
MBR is stuck on enabled. Again, not a problem in previous releases so this is a
new bug.
