Original openSUSE-11.2 ivman seems to get no events from dbus/hal daemon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start 'ivman -d --nofork'
2. Plug of unplug usb stick.

Actual Results:
ivman reports no hal events

Expected Results:
ivman should report some hal events about new/deleted usb devices
