Now after upgrading to OpenOffice.org 3.1.1.5-1.1-i586, a stable version, I have again the same bug. After saving a .odt to a Samba share, I get the error "Error at saving of document <document name>: error with making of object. Couldn't making a backupcopy." The errortext mentioned is a free translation of the Dutch error text (I am using a Dutch version): "Fout bij opslaan van document <document name>: Fout bij maken van object. Kon geen reservekopie maken." There is made an empty file in de Samba share. I am using: OpenOffice.org 3.1.1.5-1.1-i586 installed on openSuSe 11.1 (kernel Linux version 2.6.27.39-0.2-pae (geeko@buildhost) (gcc version 4.3.2 [gcc-4_3-branch revision 141291] (SUSE Linux) ) #1 SMP 2009-11-23 12:57:38 +0100) Samba installed on this workstation: 3.2.7-11.4.4-i586 Samba installed on the server (openSuSe 10.2): 3.0.23d19.14-i586 I hope this bug will be solved becaouse it is very enerving. Many thanks. Staf Campforts -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
