I tried xev out and got the following outputs
- FN + F2 (lock screen)
KeyPress event, serial 40, synthetic NO, window 0x5400001,
root 0x10c, subw 0x0, time 23168531, (170,-16), root:(1056,9),
state 0x0, keycode 160 (keysym 0x1008ff2d, XF86ScreenSaver), same_screen

XFilterEvent returns: False
- FN + F4 (suspend to ram) (worked only once in a few minutes)
KeyRelease event, serial 36, synthetic NO, window 0x5600001,
root 0x10c, subw 0x0, time 23418164, (990,-82), root:(994,484),
state 0x0, keycode 150 (keysym 0x1008ff2f, XF86Sleep), same_screen YES,
XLookupString gives 0 bytes:

- FN + F12 (suspend to disk) (worked only once in a few minutes)

I also tried again to assign the keys with the kde shortcuts settings:
- FN + F2 -> QT doesn't support this key
- FN + F4 -> QT doesn't support this key
- FN + F12 -> I can assign it! But it works only every few minutes
