Some time ago aria stops using http-proxy-user and http-proxy-password

Now it uses http-proxy=http://user:pass@host:port

May be we need to create separate config file for aria back-end by yast proxy
module. And load it by libzypp if aria back-end specified
like /root/.ariarc where proxy address will be specified in correct form.

IIRC currently we read/write the proxy password from/to ~/.curlrc. This bug can
be fixed without changing this. But in the future we might consider writing to
aria's config: ~/.aria2/aria2.conf
