[Bug 551312] yast2-printer unnecessarily tries to install cups RPM in case of a "client-only" configuration

If it is just for non-expert users, why even have the question about installing cups? And if you are going to ask the question, and I do select cancel, and it is a "client-only" installation, then the pop-ups should just not happen.
