There is a logrotate file for it. But yes, rotating it also at dup is an
interesting idea. But wouldn't just marking the dup with a fancy comment like
#==================================================================================
# DISTRIBUTION UPGRADE .....
#==================================================================================
with some info perhaps, could be even better.
This is not a bug though, it would be better to discuss it on the zypp mailing
list.
