from python buildlog: python-base.x86_64: W: no-binary The package should be of the noarch architecture because it doesn't contain any binaries.
I'm reasonably sure that python-base actually does contain a number of binary files (/usr/bin/python, to name one). It seems like no-binary is now true in all packages.
Somebody please fix it, this flag was pretty useful for determining which python modules can be switched to noarch ;)

I guess the problem is a missing or broken 'magic' module in rpmlint-mini. Feel free to file a bug report or just fix it yourself (rpmlint itself is written in python :-))

i looked into rpmlint-mini and don't understand what does what too much ;) so i'm filing a bug. there seems to be a requirement for python-magic in the rpmlint-mini package, but it's commented out... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
