Don't use this. Packages are not allowed to modify firewall config.

That's ok in therory. However mdns is already handled by avahi
(running by default) and slp by openslp. Both provide firewall
config files too. hplip must not implement mdns itself but rather
use avahi, it just doesn't work well if two services try to listen
to the same udp port.
