Most of the keys work under ubuntu 9.04 and debian lenny. They provides
acpi-support packages containing bash scripts which can handle acpi events. Now
I use rpm packages converted from mentioned above with alien on openSUSE 11.1.
It was the easiest way for me to get special keys on my laptop worked. It will
be great if you implement such functionality in the nearest openSUSE release.
Thanks.
