xfvm4 is not started on login. It can be fixed by starting it from a terminal
window, and will be started on subsequent logins.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install xfce
2. login, no xfwm4 is stared
3. start xfwm4 from a terminal
4. login again, xfwm4 is started
Can also be reproduced by adding another user.



Novice users don't know about xfwm4, so it should definitely be started
automagically...
